Julia Golden Good costumer service from the moment I walked into the store. great selection of jelwery and chains. The man named Jeff is lively, professional, attentive, and joyful to interact with while browsing. There was a lady who had great advice to give me when I felt uncertain of a ring or stone. they are good and very warm, even magnetic might I recommend that store to my family and coworkers too. prices are right( not overly expensive in 2024-25 and the service is great!)

She really took an incredible amount of time to understand my family and what was important to us before restoring a ring from my grandmother for my mother and then designing a custom piece using jewelry from my grandmothers ring for me. Shirlynn Lindrum Erik is an extremely talented artist in the jewelry industry. Per request, Erik made an adjustment to my engagement ring which involved the incorporation of two princess cut diamonds alongside the original emerald cut stone. He also integrated a heart with a single gemstone in the front and back gallery of the ring. Erik listened to the idea I had regarding the piece, provided innovative ideas when needed, and updated me on every progression during the creation of my ring. My fiancée and I could not be happier with the final product, and will continue to go to him for all jewelry needs in our lifetime.

Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.

We had help from 2 employees named Mahtap & Danny, they were observant, gave us more options than we could’ve thought of, attentive for anything we needed while shopping, gave us the best service we could’ve asked for, even while the mall was closing they told us to not rush so we can enjoy the experience. They were the kindest of people & made our first/last experience of ring shopping memorable. We recommend others to shop there, they will take care of you like other high brand companies won’t.
