5 /5 Kelly Webber: I had an incredible experience with Julia at Baroness. She really took an incredible amount of time to understand my family and what was important to us before restoring a ring from my grandmother for my mother and then designing a custom piece using jewelry from my grandmothers ring for me. The result is something meaningful not just to me, but to my mother and daughter as well. They truly care about their customers and put genuine heart into their work. This was by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for custom, personal jewelry. If youre looking for something meaningful, personal, and truly special, this is the place.

1 /5 Bernie Donner: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE: This is the strangest and creepiest business Ive ever been to. While the owner peppered us with personal questions, I caught her walking outside to see what kind of car we drove. When she saw my BMW, she tried to sell us a cheap bracelet that was allegedly custom-made at $2,500. She was so intrusive and I was only there to get a new watch battery. The owner kept telling me she was a watch expert, but couldnt reset my two Citizen watches. And then, after telling me that one of them could not be reset, she tried to get me to spend $300.00 to fix it like "new." Finally, a week of waiting, my wife went back to get my watch(regardless of whether it was finished or not), and the owner refused to get it as she told my wife: "Its Valentines Day and its only a day for sales, come back tomorrow." Additionally, there was only one customer in the store at the time! As my wife was leaving, the owner mentioned that she couldnt completely fix my watch anyway. This is not a professional business. Theres something very strange and unusual about it and the way it is operated. Save yourself a frustrating and expensive experience: STAY AWAY FROM THE BARONESS "JEWELERS." It is anything but reputable! The next day, we went in to pick up my watch, and we finally received it back to the tune of $40.00. The owner who is a self-proclaimed watch expert told us that she spent two hours on the watch, but couldnt get it completely fixed. She also claimed that I had received my moneys worth because of all the time she spent on the watch. So heres the kicker: None of the buttons on the watch worked when we left, but, knowing something was fishy about this store, I took my watch down to Rahmat at Bay Side Watch. He completely fixed the watch so that ALL of the functions work, took about 5 minutes, and didnt charge me a dime! Just a warning: The owner of Baroness Jewelers is more like a crooked court jester. This place is a complete scam! STAY AWAY! Oh yeah, and she told my wife I should bring in my watch collection so she could look over them for any future repairs! Hahahahaha! Fool me once...shame on me!

My mother passed away recently and I brought some of her jewelry in that was in a state of disrepair; particularly a diamond and platinum wedding set. Julia sat with me, cried with me, listened to me, and took the time to find the best way to restore my mothers ring. I left with a sense of peace that this most precious piece of my mother was in the best possible hands. When the ring was finished, I almost didnt recognize it! Her care with its restoration truly gave it new life and, sized to fit me, allows me to honor my mother. This is what you experience when you work with Julia: peace of mind, empathy, fair pricing, professionalism, and exquisite work. I cant recommend her highly enough!

I had a vision of what I wanted, and Julia was able to translate my vision into reality. With her attention to detail and the little extras she included, the final result was stunning and far exceeded my expectations. This is the gift of a lifetime! I would highly recommend Julia and Ilene Baroni at Baroness Jewelers if youre looking to create something truly unique and special. This program only allows five stars, otherwise Id give more!!

5 /5 Jennifer Suttie: I have never had such a wonderful experience buying jewelry. Expert advice, wonderful design and attention to detail! I had charms put on my bracelet and Julia took her time to get everything perfect. The new clasp makes it so easy to get on, and the length is perfect. I then had a beautiful diamond ring designed. The quality is impeccable, I get compliments every day. This team really knows what they are doing! I had an idea of what I wanted. The family duo took the design to the next level. The picture doesn’t do it justice. The blue enamel is gorgeous and really sets off the diamond. I just can’t recommend them enough.
