Zero communication from their side during this entire period. Also was charged when told that I wouldn’t be because of the inconvenience.

Arman at Klon-Dike Jewelry is my personal jeweler because when I was looking for an old-school Figaro chain in 18K, he was able to get me one in a few days at an incredible price. Usually I dont like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable Ive ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.

She “gets” what you are looking for and is quick to offer suggestions to make sure you land where you want. She is upfront with repairs, pricing and availability.
