Syed It has been an absolutely wonderful experience visiting CJ Charles Jewelers in La Jolla and getting my first Omega. The ambience, customer service and knowledge of the staff was beyond what I expected. I was greeted by Tatiana and from the beginning I could tell that she is very knowledgeable about the brand, the history and amazing craftsmanship. I loved an Omega Seamaster 300 and she did her best to explain everything I needed. We were offered drinks and truly amazing experience. Since I was traveling she gave me a beautiful travel pouch and gifted my 5-year old Paris Olympics Omega pins, which he absolutely adores! I have been wearing my Seamaster on most days and absolutely in love! After the purchase, she stayed in contact with me making sure that I had no other questions/concerns. When I was looking to buy a new watch , a white-dial Speedmaster Professional, I reached out to Tatiana again and even though I was told that it maybe few months to receive this Speedmaster I got the watch delivered to my place in 3-weeks which was truly impressive. She also surprised me with other Omega gifts! I highly recommend working with Tatiana and she has always made the Omega buying experience one of the best! Huge shout out to her for making this experience perfect. If you ever plan to visit La Jolla, I recommend stopping at CJ Charles and ask for Tatiana, you will never be disappointed! Danica Carter My son went and picked up my bracelet that I broke. When I received it from my son it was all cleaned up and they took out a couple of links for really good and irs back to dripping like water. I didnt even know it was dirty. Thank you and by the way the guys are very nice.

Michelle Owens I took in two high end watches to have batteries replaced. Both watches worked for about two weeks before one stopped and the other started losing time. I took them back in to have the batteries tested and both tested fine. Two weeks in the watches again stopped working properly. I waited several months and took one watch back that kept losing time. I was told that for the week that they had my watch it kept perfect time. I explained that for six months my watch has been off by 15-20 minutes. Long story short, my watch required the Swiss version of the energizer battery I was given for the watch losing time .They had broken the stabilizer on the other watch so the battery in was moving around and not in place. Would not recommend taking any watch to these folks. Save yourself time and go next door to Sears
