1 /5 John Vue: Went there to get my ring a resize smaller, at first he was cool and then I try the ring and he made it to small, I ask for him to make it a bit bigger and he didnt want to and told me to hurry up and pay. Anyone whos thinks about this place PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE

1 /5 Simon Babikian: I was contacted to create an 11-stone ring design and provide a quote. I completed the design within two days, and upon calling him, I provided the quote and sent him pictures of the design. He then stated, I will let my customer know. I subsequently prepared an invoice for the 3D design I created. He appeared to expect this design work for free. I explained that professional designs are not typically provided free of charge, and humorously asked who might offer such services so I could also benefit. His only response was, I am not paying. After reviewing other feedback, it has become clear what type of business practices this owner employs.

5 /5 Vip Jaxx: Kevin the assistant manager was very fast, very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I went in to get a chain fixed and he had it done within 20 minutes and it was extremely affordable.

1 /5 Linita Burnley: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! My first experience with Kevin, he was nice, efficient and helpful. I first had 9 watch batteries replaced. My second purchase was a gold rope bracelet. I went back on June 24th and purchased a nugget heart ring. By July 14th while on vacation I noticed I felt poking on my finger and noticed my ring had cracked/chipped. I went in today to have him fix it and before I could ask him to he yelled at me and said he wasnt giving me a refund. I already know places like this do not refund. I wanted him to be apologetic that a ring I purchased from him less than 1 month was chipped and that he would fix it. Instead he yelled at me, flipped me off with both hands and smiled. Absolutely poor customer service, low inventory and happily rips people off. Honestly, I felt attacked, judged and the vibes seems borderline prejudice or racist. We work for our money to just give it away to someone unprofessional and unkind.

5 /5 Dee Thomas: I went in to this jewelry store today and was greeted with a big smile and a bubbly hello. I went in looking to repair a ring of mine and was assured that they would be able to fix it, have cleaned, and pick it up the next day for a really decent price which mad me very happy! I also bought a gold pendant and the owner cleaned my necklace for free as well. I’m excited to find an affordable place for jewelry/ repair and will definitely be back.
