Krystin Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didnt want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didnt want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didnt want to lose that part. I just had the diamond reset in a more practical way and sized up. There is no sign this ring has been worked on. I am so impressed and thankful. Its comfortable and doesnt catch on anything. Its absolutely perfect. Thank you so much to this lovely family. I will never lose this ring again. I am beyond happy.

Erica helped me right away! Her customer service is top tier. She has the best personality & friendliest smile. Raul then came over and started checking out the bracelet & we started chatting. He was the nicest. I mentioned to him it was my first visit at this location and he and Erica both helped me. Everyone is super friendly here. Erica & Raul gave me the best experience. Andres Lopez Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing.
