Michael, who oversees the shop has vast knowledge of his inventory as well as estate jewelry. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Ninoska Castrillo This location has always been helpful and informative. The staff is usually nice, and store clean. We came in today and Sarah and a nice lady in a Grey sweater welcomed me immediately at the same time. I came to just try sizing out and ended up finding the exact ring I was looking for at a great price for my fiancée. He loved it and Sarah made the entire process extremely positive and seamless. All questions were answered and she even noticed when we were nervous about buying and showed patience and willingness to understand. I havent been proud to buy from a jeweler in a long time time. Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere.
