Aside from the precious stones along with gold and silver, it was to my delight to discover that they carry a collection of silver spoon jewelry that is beautifully made and just my style. What I appreciated most is returning for another watch service and Claudia remembered my name. She is polite, personable, and professional.

Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere. Heather Rossi I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.

Christopher Salguero Went here for an insurance replacement and D was so nice! She was in the middle of something when we approached the counter, and she greeted us and offered us a seat. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.

Darlene Ramirez Shop is super cute! The minute I walked in Karla was so welcoming and sweet. I came in to gift shop for a very close friend of mine and I had to come back for myself! So much cute option and my favorite part when I come is to talk to and see sweet Karla!

Michelle Owens I took in two high end watches to have batteries replaced. Both watches worked for about two weeks before one stopped and the other started losing time. I took them back in to have the batteries tested and both tested fine. Two weeks in the watches again stopped working properly. I waited several months and took one watch back that kept losing time. I was told that for the week that they had my watch it kept perfect time. I explained that for six months my watch has been off by 15-20 minutes. Long story short, my watch required the Swiss version of the energizer battery I was given for the watch losing time .They had broken the stabilizer on the other watch so the battery in was moving around and not in place. Would not recommend taking any watch to these folks. Save yourself time and go next door to Sears
