Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. Erica Meyer This is a cute store, simply to walk around when in the area. Great for gifts, toys, random objects, puzzles and cards. We stopped in to look around and I was astonished by the cute jewelry. I didnt buy any this time, but did hint to my SO that Id like some. I hope he gets the hint haha. My friend found origami paper she liked. Highly recommend. Hours are slightly altered due to COVID. They have cute masks, $7.99 each for those wanting a new one :)

Leanna De la cruz Jenni is the most kind person ever! Went to get my permant anklet with her and bracelet with my sister in law & mother in law & she helped us find the perfect fit for us. She’s always flexible with scheduling appointments to your schedule & hers as well. Definitely would recommend someone to her. I would definitely go back to get more pieces from her !

Barbara Glenn I still love JCPennys although there are a few things that they could do better. Their opening hours are 11AM while Kohks is 9AM. My elderly mother needed to rest, and they have no places for a person to sit, even near the fitting rooms. They only had one checkstand open while there were several people waiting to pay for their merch, even though you could see more than a few staff milling around. I wish their household dept was a little bigger, but the clothing selections are great. I like being able to try things on and feel the fabrics. All and all I will continue to shop Pennys,
