He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.

I’ve bought a few rings and most recently a pair of super cute earrings. Staff is helpful and patient which is great for someone like me who may be a bit shy and have a hard time asking for assistance. 10/10 recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Shirley Claire Excellent service provided by the store manager. I bought a new watch for my husband as a Christmas present. The store manager personally set the time, boxed and wrapped the present beautifully. I knew the watch would be too wide for his wrist, because hed recently been hospitalized and lost weight. Pooles provides free link removal and battery replacement whenever needed. We took it into Pooles after Christmas. Links were removed immediately. My husband likes his new watch, and he wears it all the time..

He immediately helped me find exactly what I was looking for within my price range. The chain is beautiful, and the perfect size to add a family piece to. Kelly Kismyass We called the store and talked with Renee who was very helpful in finding the bracelet we were looking for and told us how to see and try it on in the parking lot (due to the mall being closed because of Covid-19). She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked. Kevin Huynh This is my 3rd Rolex with Hing Wa Lee. It is taking a while to get a black date submariner and a blue black GMT. Chloe called me and this is my second datejust. The other one is a champagne bezel. I love this one having a sporty look because it is the combination of smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. You cant buy a Rolex that has a smooth bezel/Jubilee bracelet or Fluted Bezel/Oyster Bracelet. Thank you for feeding me coffee Chloe instead of water that is normally given to clients. It kept my brain awake. I hope the submariner and black/blue gmt will arrive somewhere this year.
