5 /5 Kevin Huynh: This is my 3rd Rolex with Hing Wa Lee. It is taking a while to get a black date submariner and a blue black GMT. Chloe called me and this is my second datejust. The other one is a champagne bezel. I love this one having a sporty look because it is the combination of smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. You cant buy a Rolex that has a smooth bezel/Jubilee bracelet or Fluted Bezel/Oyster Bracelet. Thank you for feeding me coffee Chloe instead of water that is normally given to clients. It kept my brain awake. I hope the submariner and black/blue gmt will arrive somewhere this year.

5 /5 Simon: Great business to deal with. I went in, requested that I needed a specific piece by a certain time for my father as a gift. I did not think they would be able to do it in time. They proved me wrong! The representative Tracy kept in contact, offered me other selections as well and ultimately was able to offer the one my father loved. During this time I was out of country with limited cell service, but her and her manager were able to hold the product for me until I got back. Did not have time to enjoy the champagne, but will be back again very soon. Thank you!

5 /5 Gabe Anderson: Hands down one of the best watch stores Ive ever visited. Top-notch selection from a huge assortment of brands, including a wide price range and rare pieces. Had a particularly great experience with Tracy Kuo. I first visited the shop to express interest in a few Rolex models and she was incredibly helpful in walking me through the various models, sizes, and material/dial combinations. Once we wrapped in the Rolex section, Tracy was generous with her time to show me around the rest of the store. She seemed genuinely so excited to highlight new or interesting pieces and brought everything out for me to try on. Unlike other stores where Ive often felt rushed or pressured to buy, the whole experience was very comfortable and educational. Not only that, but Tracy was able to source the watch I wanted in exactly three months, far ahead of my expectations! Highly recommend both the store and working with Tracy!

Once I told him the types of watches I liked, the body styles, he introduced me to different brands that best fit me. Then we looked at Cartier and I immediately fell in love. I thought about it for a week and needed to come back right away to get it. He was so patient. He let me try on all the different types of brands, and even helped my family try watches too. Very safe to say he’ll be our guy for me and my family for years to come. Thanks Andy!
