Bianca Rosas Walked in this afternoon to drop off my mom’s Mother’s Day/Birthday diamond bracelet gift to get it repaired. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with the friendliest smiles! Erica helped me right away! Her customer service is top tier. She has the best personality & friendliest smile. Raul then came over and started checking out the bracelet & we started chatting. He was the nicest. I mentioned to him it was my first visit at this location and he and Erica both helped me. Everyone is super friendly here. Erica & Raul gave me the best experience. Anne Gans My mother was a discerning jewelry collector and appreciated the unique selection of pieces at Sethi. I am currently settling my mom’s estate and visited Sethi for information about my mom’s prior purchases. Pratima and Prerna were exceptionally gracious and kind. Both are exceedingly knowledgeable about their products, the designers, and jewelry in general. Both women posses a keen sense of integrity and truly take an interest in their customers. I would highly recommend this hidden gem of a small business.

Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly! Ruby Christene Upon reading the stellar reviews of Sam Jewelry I decided to have my special custom 925 Silver Hawiian Heirloom Bracelet resized I showed Sam the bracelet because of the continuous floral design he wasnt sure if it was a good idea so I brought it in and we discussed it, he was able to accomodate me, to take some off without disturbing the design. Oh My :) when I received my bracelet today I was Over Joyed it looked fabulous he took a little more than a inch it was aprox a 9.5 Bangle and turned it into a 8.5 which was perfect I gave him another one for him to go by and he matched it perfect!! It took 2 weeks exactly and it was worh the wait he is "Magnificent". I was so happy to see it again the perfect size I wanted. Thank you Sam for your impecable work. The entire staff at Sam Jewelry is fabulous the lady who waited on me today was such a doll. Yes I am Very pleased with the work here I will be back for sure If I need a ring sized or something else this place is Stellar, Beautiful Work, With Such A Warm Atmosphere. Ivan Estrada They Brought My Jewelry Back to Life! I brought in a chain that was broken and badly tarnished, and they completely fixed it up and cleaned it—it looks brand new now. The repair was flawless, and the shine they brought back is insane. You’d never guess it was damaged before. The staff was super friendly and took great care of my piece.
