Shira Feifer Love and Luxe is a DREAM. They are so welcoming and kind. Kai helped me and my fiancé through designing my engagement ring with an heirloom diamond and was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process. Kai took my thoughts and turned them into my perfect ring. She was so nice even when I changed my mind and had a million questions!! Betsy did an absolutely incredible job finishing my ring exactly how I pictured it. I am so thankful to have found this spot and less than a month later am back for more.

Judy Jacques My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.
