Kelly Webber I had an incredible experience with Julia at Baroness. She really took an incredible amount of time to understand my family and what was important to us before restoring a ring from my grandmother for my mother and then designing a custom piece using jewelry from my grandmothers ring for me. The result is something meaningful not just to me, but to my mother and daughter as well. They truly care about their customers and put genuine heart into their work. This was by far the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend for anyone looking for custom, personal jewelry. Kay Ip Karina was covering the Glendale location and she helped me with my 4 piercings. Originally Sherman Oaks is where she works I’m really pleased with her placement. She sanitized everything and was so patient and sweet.

Robert ordered so many diamonds on line and made multiple phone calls to assure those diamonds arrived before the sale ended so I would have many options to choose from. He provided exceptional and tireless costumer care for us to walk away with the best diamond at the best price. Lucy and Robert are two gems at Kay, they gave us their true opinion to pick out the best jewelry. Costumer’s satisfaction is their goal at Kay and we’ll definitely go back.

Mason Harman Absolutely expertise work!!! I have had these rings sitting for way to long cause they didnt fit. Gary and Enalie were absolutely amazing to work with!! Gary told me he was up for a challenge but these adjustments seemed like a walk in the park for him. Definitely Recommend!!! Definitely sending all my favorite one of a kind pieces to him to fix!! You cant even tell they were ever touched or adjusted.
