Her flexibility in scheduling an appointment that works for you is a wonderful feature of her business, you get such personal attention! I needed several things done from appraisals for insurance to remaking of older pieces of jewelry as well as repairing my Tacori ring that I damaged on a trip. What started as a upsetting incident was turned into a happy friendship meeting such a wonderful woman as Kavita! The quality of her work can not be matched. She listens to what your needs are and she finds a way to bring your vision to life! She is amazing at making it work for every budget! Jennifer Fairbrother He is amazing, he is professional and he is a wonderful and kind man, great at what he does. He reset and cleaned my engagement ring, no judgement to the design or jeweler who created it and he handled it so sensitively. Not to mention, he did it all same day for me, let me examine the stones with him for previous inclusions and defects for my own awareness. 10/10.

Kristin Force My fiancé and I were in a tight schedule right before our wedding and got his ring elsewhere and it was not the right size. We brought it in 2 days before our wedding and they repaired it within a day and made it a whole size bigger. While we were in they were all so kind and personable and even shined my ring for me! Vanessa Hernandez I bought a ring from there and nobody had explained to me that there’s a warranty, an hour after I left I had realized there was a rhinestone missing. I went back the next day because my friend had explained to be that they can exchange it. They told me I needed a receipt, one which the lady didn’t even give me. I explained to her that I didn’t receive a receipt and the lady told me to ‘get one’ so I asked if I can speak with the lady that helped me the day before and she gave me the biggest attitude ever and claimed to be the manager. I personally think that the service has sucked everytime I have gone and that the employees only pay attention to me if I am dressed extremely nice. If I go wearing a hoodie they always seem to ignore me.

Jaia Lin Don’t go here to repair your jewelry! They completely hacked my wedding ring during a simple re-size so that you could see the cut marks, solder, and even that it was no longer circular! I took it to another professional afterwards in tears and he said, “wow, did a blind, stoned, 19 year old do this?!?” To be fair, they gave me a full refund.

Katherine Coney I have been fortunate through hard work to purchase some quality jewelry. I consider myself to be a competitive price and quality shopper. I have purchased several pieces of fine jewelry from Premier for over a decade... bracelets and rings. I purchased a beautiful ruby & diamond ring that my granddaughter has chosen for her engagement ring, the ruby platinum bracelet will be her wedding gift. I learned through trial and error that substantial purchases I made at a reputable jewelry chain store on a 3 carat platinum ring and 3 carat earrings ~ 1 1/2 carat each (all GIA certified) were overpriced as I didnt understand the factors that a diamond holds its value on, i.e. clarity vs. cut. This experience taught me to purchase jewelry from a Certified Gemologist such as Brook. The owners of Premier Fine Jewelry, Brook and Lisa, are exceptional. They are price competitive, have an diverse selection of jewelry and price ranges & truly professionals. If you dont find the design of what you want Brook will make it for you as he did for me. As said, Im a competitive shopper ~ money came through hard work & i want my jewelry to hold its value and be handed down through generations. In the past, it was easy to go to a Costco or jewelry chain stores. My experience tells me now when purchasing fine jewelry, make sure I purchase from from a reputable Certified Gemologist NOT a reputable chain store who has no Gemologist. I also prefer going to a family owned business rather than a warehouse or chain stores ~ my husband and I believe a 3 hour one way trip is well worth it. I highly recommend purchasing your fine jewelry from Premier Fine Jewelers ~ Brook and Lisa.
