5 /5 Ashley King: I really liked working with Neil, especially if you want a custom piece. Ive gone back to him 3x for big projects. He made my sapphire engagement ring, complimentary wedding band and converted my grandmothers diamond into a beautiful pendant. He made adjustments / repairs as needed and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied will all pieces.

5 /5 J Fang: Working with Neil for a custom engagement ring was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to do the same. Neil is highly attentive, detail oriented, and extremely responsive throughout the process. I came to Neil with an heirloom ring and wanted to create a custom engagement ring using the stones. I had zero experience with engagement rings prior to beginning the process and was a bit intimidated at first, but once I met with Neil and spoke in person any concerns I had were assuaged. Throughout the process Neil made sure I was happy before proceeding to the next stage, and the end product was unique and my fiance loves it!

5 /5 Zach Pelley: I came to Neil after hearing about the store from a couple of different people and it couldnt have worked out better. He personally worked with me to find the right diamond and was very accommodating during the purchasing process. I decided to set the diamond in a temporary band so that I could pop the question and come back with my fiance to design the ring together. Well the good news is... SHE SAID YES!!!! And now we are super excited to go in once all of the craziness is over. Everything so far has been top notch!

1 /5 Kate Ridgway: The man I saw there was absolutely terrible. I had called two times asking if they repaired jewelry. Both conversations on the phone were very friendly, professional, and encouraging. The man said he cleans and repairs jewelry, so I went out of my way to go to him. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed with a bag of jewelry, All of it was costume, but was meaningful to me. He treated me terribly, acting as though it was all just throwaway jewelry. When I asked him the price to restring some necklaces and gold plate a bracelet, the prices were outrageous. It was 100% obvious he did not want to do the job! I walked out angry that I had taken the time to go there after calling twice. All I remember is thinking “what a jerk!“ and what a waste of time as I walked out.
