I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.
