From the moment I met him, it felt as though I was reconnecting with an old friend. Sam and his team were incredibly warm, professional, and clearly experts in their craft. Years ago, I cracked the 2 carat center diamond in my wedding ring and unfortunately had to shave off 1/4 carat. I attempted to redesign the ring 3 separate times (with 3 different jewelers) but was never fully satisfied with the results. Therefore, I rarely wore my wedding ring—and I truly missed having one that felt special to me. After a friend recommended Sam from Modern Jewelers, I decided to give it one last try. I’m so glad I did! Sam took the time to understand my vision, offered his expert advice, and worked very closely with his Master Jeweler to create a stunning design. The final piece exceeded my expectations in every way—elegant, meaningful, and a wedding ring I am genuinely proud to wear again.
