I’ve already gotten three bracelets and I absolutely love each one — the quality is top-notch and they’re so beautiful. The customer service is just as incredible as the jewelry itself. Iris, the owner, is an absolute delight — warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable. You can really tell she cares about her work and her customers. I 100% recommend this place to anyone considering permanent jewelry. You won’t be disappointed!

Rachel Ramirez I just had a wonderful experience with Carrie. She saw me and helped me. I always feel like a bother since I always want to see different styles of jewelry and she was patient with me. I also want to say that a lot of the other consultants were all gathering behind the display counter and talking which I understand, but props to I believe was the manager for telling them to not do that and to go to the front of the store and welcome guests.
