We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment. The gentleman helping at the front was able to answer all my questions and shared some insider knowledge on what to look for what to ask the next time I visit a different jewelry store. They have a large selection for every budget. I ended up buying a small cross and chain for my son and they gave us all the time in the world to try different ones. Went above and beyond to go to their jeweler for resizing. They also bought a piece we had. Gave us an honest and amazing price for it. Definitely stop by!

Christina Salama I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer.
