Before when I bought the earrings, I was informed that I can sell back the stone with the high quality that I purchased, I was also instructed with proper care for the earrings. I met Nhu Y and she helped me to inspect the stone again and the process went easy and smoothly. Everything was accordingly to how she informed me when I first purchased it.
