Employees are very kind when placing items on hold or contacting costumers when items come in stock that theyre looking for!

Its been a while since I shopped here, but I used to come here often because Kim was always so incredibly helpful and just a complete joy to work with. I actually originally came here simply to get a last-minute gift for my daughter, but Kim helped me to snag some amazing deals on some items for all the ladies in my family for the holidays. Im admittedly very picky and I know I can be a bit too much sometimes, so its rare for me to find someone who is always so kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire shopping experience who genuinely cares. I will definitely be back!

1 /5 Abbigail Ledet: Went in to see what could be done for my horribly tarnished ring, said their policy only covers missing stones and I still had all of my stones. Even though they have now turned green because the metal of the ring being tarnished... Its also turning my finger green. Ive purchased rings from Kohls for $20 that have never tarnished that Ive had for years and shine and sparkle brilliantly and do not turn my finger green nor do the stones turn green. Staff was condescending say that the tarnishing was due to washing in the shower, when Ive always been extremely diligent in taking it off when washing my hands, showering, swimming, etc. They said no that I was wrong and obviously it was wear and tear from wearing it in the shower. Regardless. A $90 ring should NOT turn your finger green. How is it that a $20 ring from Khols has better quality? Dont waste your money. Extremely disappointed in the quality of their jewelry for the price.

2 /5 Lisa Dunnington: I went in looking for a bracelet for my mom. The first person who greeted me was not very nice. I asked her if a bracelet came in silver and red or just gold and she responded only gold unless you see a silver one.. I found several things that I was going to purchase but not going to give her the commission off of it so I left and will visit another store. The associate on my way out was very kind.
