Josh and his team are always so welcoming and consistently exceed expectations. Most recently, my fiancé and I worked with Josh to design my dream engagement ring and our wedding bands. Collaborating with Josh to incorporate my Grandmas ring into my wedding band was a special touch that transformed my wedding band into a incredibly special heirloom. Goldworks is not just a jewelry store; it’s a family-run business and a treasure in our community. Their constant involvement in supporting local groups shows a commitment beyond their craft. Its that type of love for our community that will keep us going to back for special pieces in the future.

They were able to resize two of my rings and I will be bringing more jewelry for them to take care of in the future.

They helped me design a wedding ring with a heirloom diamond I had brought in. I couldnt feel more comfortable leaving such a precious object with anybody else! Highly recommended!

1 /5 Alesia Bottema: Rude sales person lost my business x2… I check them out with the idea of re-setting my engagement diamond. I felt the jeweler was too busy when I went initially to spend the time to find a setting that I was looking for in my pice range. They lost my business once. I decided to order a setting online and went again to ask a question about my diamond and the fit with the setting. The sales person was so rude to me about my choice to order online. He made me feel like an idiot when in fact I really took the time doing research and making an educated purchase. He said I should buy everything from one place so the individual can stand behind the work. He even gave me a hard time about my diamond being from somewhere else (it’s 9 years old now)! AND they are a jeweler, they work on pre-loved jewelry all the time. I don’t understand it. I was planning on having them re-set my diamond for me and purchase an updated engagement ring from them to go with it but not with the poor customer service and judgy worker. They lost my business again and I don’t plan to go back.
