I love shopping here, because I find the most exquisite pieces, and am treated so wonderfully from the moment he greets me. Its an immediate feel, rush, and excitement of stepping into an exquisite gallery of all things jewels! I love all his incredible designer pieces, and being able to see and find things that I cant find anywhere else. He has such a keen eye for the fabulous, and Carlos understands what a womans heart desires. He is very intuitive on picking out pieces that just "fit" exactly what Im looking for. And he makes the whole experience so exciting, so invigorating, and every time I shop here, it feels like a holiday! This is by far the finest, most incredible shop in Palm Springs. Vader Mau5 I saw Paul for my engagement ring appraisal. I really appreciated him waiting for me since I got a flat tire right before my appointment. He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and will come back when I acquire more jewelry.

Sara Brett I found this business earlier this year. Have sold a few gold necklaces that my family gave to me and I simply have no desire to wear them. What I really like about this store is the excellent customer service its very low key and they dont give you hassles or ask you questions about the origin of your jewelry. Ive been assisted by Alan both times I went in and hes really friendly and very speedy in checking the gold to make sure its real Im pretty sure he has many decades of experience and has no confusion on his end. He likes to be helpful and sometimes I strike up a chat and he is pleasant to talk to you. I havent got to know the other staff yet but next time Ill see what they have to say.. but like I said, the low-key casual atmosphere is something that I really like here. Ive been to some other gold exchange stores where they seemed mistrusting of me, like they were wondering why I had some items or would take my thumbprint and make me feel like I did something wrong, but not this place.
