B. Crawford I did business with Harry a few years ago and again 2 weeks ago. He provides 1st class customer service. He has always been fair, honest, very nice, and makes you feel comfortable. He will go out of his way to provide quality top notch service. To put the icing on the cake, I left my drivers license there and live serveral miles away. He was kind enough to drop it off on his way home. You dont see that often, if at all. I will continue to do business with Harry and highly recommend him to anyone.

Chrys Furrer I won’t get pierced anywhere else in Humboldt. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and they go above and beyond to provide excellent care and service. They also have the best jewelry selection, clean facilities, and they practice COVID safety. Seriously the best place in town for piercings!

Sarah Bishop BEST JEWELER AROUND!! My husband and I first met the owner of Ayala Jewelers in 2010 when we were engaged to be married. She was so wonderful and worked with us (we were young kids, right out of high school!) We loved the rings that we purchased from her and that was my set until my husband bought me a new set for our 10 year anniversary! We ended up moving out of State in 2016. When I was back in CA visiting, this year (2023), the ring my husband bought me for our 10 year anniversary (from another jeweler) bent pretty badly. I stopped by Ayala Jewelers to see if shed be able to fix the ring with how badly it was bent (it was a VERY thin band, dont recommend if you have a big stone!) First, she remembered me from all of those years ago!! That meant SO much to me It was great to catch up and fill her in on the life my husband and I had created with our 4 children Second, she went above and beyond with resetting my 2.5ct Moissanite stone into a thicker band and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I had to fly back home before it was ready and she paid to have it shipped to me priority. She kept in touch and communicated well with every step of the way. She truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Even though I am now out of State, I will still go through her business with any of my Jeweler needs, and I recommend her to all of my local family and friends! I started out with a ring and an anklet last year. Ended up adding one more ring and second anklet this year. She has gained a lifelong client and refers her to all my friends and family :)

Mike Liu Note the location is wrong - Pandora is located next to the Apple Store on Kestrel Falls not by PF Chang’s like google maps says. I came on a Friday night and they were busy. There were 3 staff members helping people out and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I had help. Claudia L was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. With her help I ended up getting a beautiful Xmas gift.
