Andrew Aiello I’ve used Marco & Danny on 2 separate custom pieces. Both items turned out absolutely amazing. In on of the pieces I had a Diamond fall out and Marco was quick to send me a shipping label to get it sent back in. There was great communication he let me know as soon as he received the piece. About a hour later he let me know the stone was re set, and looked over to make sure none of the other stones were loose and that it was cleaned and it would be sent back out that evening to ensure I had it back in time for my trip. From my piece being sent in to back in my hands in less than 72 hrs. Pretty impressive considering the face they are in Southern California and I’m in Indiana. 10/10 would recommend

I reached out to the Clipper Cargo team and Morgan got us scheduled for a material evaluation. Ted and Morgan are very welcoming and passionate about providing great service, building genuine connections with clients, and incredibly knowledgeable. Between Ted and Morgan, they were able to explain every single item I brought with me. It was impressive! Morgan specialized in the coins and jewelry testing and Ted was quick to help with reviewing and teaching me the history of the vintage stamps, letters, unique china, and other random trinkets I brought in. Thank you to the Clipper Cargo team for a history lesson and your passion in providing unique and customer-focused service! jennifer p what a wonderful shop. there are so many beautiful beads to shop for. you can find anything from the grim reaper to a doughnut. this place came recommended from a friend to get my bracelet fixed. i found parking out front and walked in. i was able to get help immediately and met by the friendliest people. they were able to fix a bracelet that means the world to me in less than 15 minutes. it made my day more than i can say.
