We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! She was attentive, understanding of my likes/dislikes, and helped guide me to the perfect choice. I left the appointment with so much trust in her vision for me! She was so helpful to my fiancee during the whole process as well, from designing the ring all the way to finish. When I saw my ring the day I got engaged I couldn’t have been more happy with how perfectly my fiancee and Lacey executed the ring of my dreams. We will be using Charles Koll/Lacey for our wedding bands & any future jewelry we need!!

I had mainly come to see the watch collection but got to interact with Carol who was so helpful and kind! Truly the experience you would want doing such purchases. In other places generally the sales people are either too pushy or get irked if you ask questions. It truly showed that she loved her job and is phenomenally good at it. Helen Wilkins Fun jewelry store with one of a kind designs made by local designers. My daughter purchased a necklace made from A repurposed vintage Chanel button and I purchased the owner’s caged pearl design necklace. Prices are incredibly reasonable and the owner is great and friendly. Definitely check out this gem of a store when visiting PS.
