Excellent customer service I stopped by on a Friday afternoon needing an engagement ring resized so that I can propose the next day. She told me to give her to the following morning to get it done. She got it done quick very clean Work. You can’t even see where it got resized perfect, and showed it to me. Great service it’s a family owned business and it feels like it very much it feels like at home super welcoming will definitely come back for any of my needs . Thank you Natalie you’re awesome!

5 /5 Chefshellie: I have a rare and unique custom wedding set, with channel set diamonds and a sizable main diamond. I have taken it to another local jeweler for years for maintenance and repair, but it was always pricy and took many days to get my ring back. When a prong broke off, something inside said to look elsewhere. The many excellent Google reviews on Fast Fix had me curious. I stopped by and immediately knew I had found the right place. I was greeted by Denise, who was knowledgeable, friendly and warm. I was given a reasonable price to redo all the prongs, and promised to be done later that day. As promised, they called me to advise that my ring was ready. I went in to pick it up and met Natalie, who elevated this already wonderful experience even more. She’s a certified appraiser, who had spent her life in this industry, working for Tiffany’s for many years. She really knew her stuff and explained a lot about my diamond and what makes it so unique. She made some suggestions for future maintenance, but with zero pressure. She further explained that their onsite jeweler is a Master Jeweler, and what that distinction meant. One look at my new prongs and I totally agree. His workmanship is obviously much sturdier and more precise than any prongs I’ve had done previously at my other jewelers. They re-dipped my ring in rhodium and it looks spectacular! They even cleaned all my other rings and wowza!! I’m almost blinded by the brilliance! You will have a great experience here.

It all started when I called to ask questions about getting my wedding ring that I hadn’t worn in a very long time repaired and resized. After speaking with Denise, I felt very comfortable having them work on my prized possession. We came in for the appointment and met Denise and Natalie. Everything about the repairs and resizing was explained to us in an accurate and professional manner by Natalie the sales manager. We were not at all rushed or made to feel like just another customer. When we picked up the ring it was above and beyond what we expected. Marco the master jeweler did an incredibly outstanding job on my cherished wedding ring. We plan on taking all of our jewelry to Fast Fix for routine cleaning and repairs.
