Bianca Rosas Walked in this afternoon to drop off my mom’s Mother’s Day/Birthday diamond bracelet gift to get it repaired. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with the friendliest smiles! Erica helped me right away! Her customer service is top tier. She has the best personality & friendliest smile. Raul then came over and started checking out the bracelet & we started chatting.
