The employees are extremely helpful and kind. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER. Thank you for grabbing my backpack from the bathroom and giving it back to me. Although some customer stole my $120. I at least got my backpack and my belongings inside of it which most importantly included my wallet with my ID and etc. Thank you so much for being amazing. I always come here to JCPenny with my mom or on my own to buy clothes for my child. She loves it here. Thankyou I’m very appreciative.

Zema V I had such a good experience here! Jonathan did an amazing job setting my new stone onto a basket that was a different shape and changing my prongs to fit the new stone. He really is good at gold smithing. He explained everything really well and was patient with our questions. Super good experience with my appraisal as well. Reasonable pricing as well! Their shop dog is so adorable. I’m so happy that I came here. His work is wonderful. Megan is super nice as well!
