Sandie Hubbard Sherry and her friendly staff at Sierra Jewelry Company in Uptown Susanville are the absolute best! She carries a variety of high quality jewelry with better than average pricing. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the jewelry available or the service that I have received. Sherry recently made a one of a kind piece for me that I am in love with. To ensure that it remains a one of a kind piece, she declined to make another when asked by another patron. Thank you Sherry and staff!

My husband and I purchased 2 wedding bands and an engagement ring from here 2 months ago, they gave us a great deal on all 3 and resized them for us free of charge. I had an issue with the engagement ring last week so I called them, and they fixed it no problem and even resized it for me again all at no extra cost. They definitely care about their customers, Alejandra the manager took great care of me and everybody else was a pleasure to deal with as well. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Iannick Remillard I would give 10 Start if possible. I can’t explain how awesome Bryan is as a Gemologist. My now Fiance and I went ring shopping a while back and I had no idea what to look for. Bryan took his time to explain the clarity scale, flawless scale, size of the rings, shapes and colors. His knowledge and understanding of the numerous diamonds and rings are on a whole other level. 

When it came time to prepare the ring, with the perfect stone, Bryan found the Jack pot!!! A beautiful long oval diamond with a halo, and with his recommendation, he was also able to create the perfect matching wedding band. I can’t recommend Bryan enough as he doesn’t see his customers as a dollar sign but as someone in need of guidance to find that jewelry for that once in a life time special occasion. Can’t thank you enough Bryan Just one word to describe this and it is “Perfect”

Paul Waters Had an excellent shopping experience today at the Arden Kay Jewelers. Rifi and Heather were so pleasant and easy going. No hard sell, no gimmicks,. So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.
