They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even explained the quality and details of each piece. Their gold and diamond collection is stunning — very unique designs that you don’t find everywhere. Prices were fair and transparent, and the service felt very personal. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry with excellent customer care. Will definitely come back again!

Bella G I really love and enjoy wearing all the pieces I’ve purchased from Dalmata. I really appreciate how transparent the owner of the brand is on Instagram. I also really appreciate the fact that most if not all of their pieces come in silver and gold (it’s often difficult for me to find high quality silver jewelry at a good price). And the packing is super cute! Overall, I would highly recommend this brand as a repeat customer.

Haide K. Marquez My boyfriend bought me a K necklace from here. We were debating what jewelry shop to buy from. The nice gentleman working was very patient with us. He offered me different size chains when the necklace I liked was to short for my liking. I can definitely say his amazing customer service is what made us choose to buy my necklace here, even though we spent a little more then we were planning on. However it was definitely worth it!

Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.
