Theresa Kaatz I have bought several things from them years ago. Charles was wonderful and at one time was able to make another earring to match a golden loop earring. I went in a month ago to get some silver pieces cleaned. I have a nice pair of 25 year old Silver Turquoise earrings but with a post. He was able to take off the post and make a nice loop so I could wear them with different ways. I love them and happy I can wear them again. Everything, was perfect as always and especially their Customer Service with everyone there. Thank you.

Lucas Mayer Eli is incredible. When I came to him looking for help with an engagement ring, I could not have been less knowledgeable. Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Eli was a wonderful, fun guide--helping us through this part of our engagement and wedding planning. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Eli.

Alberto Rios Went to serenity permanent jewelry to gift my daughter a nice bracelet for her birthday . Once I got there she had so much selection and quality . Maggie was very helpful and comforting for my daughter to make a choice on what she wanted . She was super nice . I left satisfied with the bracelet she got and her pricing is fair compare to the other permanent jewelry I went to around that area . Def will be going back to add to the bracelet collection .

Steven J David was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient when it came to servicing my watch. The polishing job he did was insane! The stainless bracelet literally looks like liquid. Best watch shop Ive been to by far.

He has a mass selection of a variety of different types of jewelry that he can order. Most importantly, he can fix, maintenance, restore, resize, and do custom work on any jewelry piece. Doug was a really nice person and a great help for my fiancée and I. He was able resize her brand new engagement ring in a very fast and convenient time compare to very long waits at other places. I will 100% be coming back here for now on for all my jewelry needs.
