He provided us with an estimate and sent the prototype a few days later. The process took a few weeks, during which we received several updates from the shop on the progress. The results were amazing. I absolutely love my diamond cigar ring! I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a jeweler with a personal approach to customer service. Its a great place and I can hardly wait till I order more jewelry from them.
