Austin Barron Super happy with my experience here at Na Hoku, staff was extremely helpful and kind, and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. We had to order it in a size up, which took less than a month, and made it in with plenty of time before the wedding. I will recommend this jeweler to anybody who listens!

Janet took the time to understand the vision of the update while respecting the history of the piece. Her years of experience helped put my mind at ease where I trusted her insight. I had a lot of fun redesigning this piece and will be going back for all my diamond and jewelry needs! It’s nice to have someone to trust in the jewelry space. I can’t wait to show the family!

Matthew T Cartier is exceptional in their service and overall experience. I bought a Santos de Cartier watch recently and wanted a few leather and alligator band options. The staff was amazing from start to finish and take the time with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. I bought two bands and looked at my next purchase which will be a tank model.

Mason Harman Absolutely expertise work!!! I have had these rings sitting for way to long cause they didnt fit. Gary and Enalie were absolutely amazing to work with!! Gary told me he was up for a challenge but these adjustments seemed like a walk in the park for him. Definitely Recommend!!! Definitely sending all my favorite one of a kind pieces to him to fix!! You cant even tell they were ever touched or adjusted.

Joe (the son of the two there) has always done EXCELLANT repair work, given me great prices on things I wanted to buy, and..... very importantly to me..... has done his best to make the repairs on the same day that Ive brought a piece in, knowing that it is a 3 hour round trip for me to do business with them! I couldnt recommend Village Goldsmiths high enough!!
