Julia Ingalls Working with Greg was a top tier experience - we told him our vision for my wedding ring, and when he had nothing in-store like it, he said "I can make you whatever you want, not a problem." We had a bit of a time crunch, and he finished the ring days in advance at a super reasonable price! The result was exactly what we wanted. It was a pleasure working with Darcys Fine Jewelers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for gorgeous, high quality custom pieces at a great price!

Joe Atterbury Purchased a set of rings from Larson around 2 years ago. Had to get one resized recently. The process went extremely well. No surprises charges or hidden fees. They exchanged the ring with the new sized one as promised. Returned to me quickly and packaged well. Would definitely recommend.

I have bought a few custom pieces from her and she patiently guides me to figure out exactly what I want. Shan Roberts I have owned a pair of the swan gouges for the last 3 years and without fail they are my most complimented pair. I get stopped everywhere about them. They are also incredibly versatile. I get people loving the delicatness of the swan shape and other people just commenting on how badass they look. They somehow appeal to every time of person. By far my best jewelry pieces.

Grey Edwards I found out about Affinity and Co through a referral from a friend who referred me to John and David to help me find an engagement ring. I brought my now wife to the store so she could have a good look at what she may be interested in. She had already done the bulk of her research but hadn’t found anything she had liked from previous stores. John and Dave walked us through their collection and my wife found her dream ring. They were very helpful in guiding myself and my wife to find the perfect engagement ring. We were even able to find the wedding band she loved and I found a fantastic wedding band for myself. cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.
