I spent hours just browsing, and I ended up with a gorgeous old typewriter that was reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, and they offer free parking in the back. Hector Marin After an exhausting search for someone to repair my glasses (the best quote received was 3 weeks to fix for $95), I came across Stop & Fix in Westfield Mall. They looked at my glasses and told me they could recreate the missing piece and would have it fixed in an hour and a half. It came out beautiful and for only $40. Great old-fashioned craftsman at work! 5 stars! Also, very nice people!

Dana Orlando We LOVE Mark Areias Jewelers in both Aptos and Carmel! My husband and I both got our wedding rings here... 25 years ago! He had his custom made and it still looks amazing. I chose mine from their estate collection at the time. It was simple and beautiful and in our budget at the time but I always imagined building it up at some point. We were finally able to do that around our 15th anniversary and it is now even more beautiful!! The jeweler crafted my ring exactly as I described (and drew out) to them. Weve also gotten some pearl earrings and another estate piece here over the years. They always take care of their customers... they treat us like family. We often stop in to have our wedding rings cleaned professionally by them and they always look like new again :-)
