serenity shaylee Everytime I come here I get an infection in my ear no matter how many times I clean it a day. Now since my ear is swallowing the piercing I have to go to the er so they can cut it. I am beyond furious and in pain. Do not come here. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a nightmare

George’s work is exceptional, the ring (hand made) is so unique and beautiful that we had to go back to get the matching wedding band - again it’s a masterpiece! It’s a family owned business and George and his wonderful family make you feel welcome right away. We will be back for sure!

Tiff Pham I had an issue with an online order (it was completely missing) and I needed it for a time sensitive celebration. The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. While it felt like a long shot, they were super apologetic and quickly able to help me resolve the issue!

L. F. BEE-UTIFUL Store and delightful owner/ gentleman behind the counter. Aside from all the gorgeous merchandise, the man behind the counter was so lovely!! Ironically he and his now wife were in the same area during their college years, not far from where we currently live. They spent years there while his wife was in school and he worked. The store is fabulous, huge selection and gorgeous craftsmanship!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Jade My partner and I went to dozens of jewelers and did months of research when we were trying to find my engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I couldnt find it anywhere. When we found Skalet Family Jewelers, our experience was incredible. The owner, Howard, was welcoming and friendly. One of the rings felt really close to what I was looking for but it wasnt quite right. I mentioned this to Howard, and he explained how he could customize the design and made me feel comfortable asking questions about it. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. My fiancé and I talked about it outside and decided to go for it. When I saw the design for the first time, it was beautiful. It captured the heart of what I wanted, but there were a few aspects that werent perfect. Howard made some amazing suggestions and I loved them. Howard texted me updates about the design and sent examples of different gem options. He was really accommodating of our budget and found us a center stone that was stunning and in our price range. My partner finished the process with Howard and gave me the ring at Sacramento Pride. I was in awe. It is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Its better than I had imagined and I could not be happier with the results. My experience was above and beyond expectations. I will be a life long customer.
