Maggie C What a cool shop. The owner is a gemologist. He has some great estate jewelry. I bought a beautiful turquoise ring. I thought it was jade.He really has a mix of items. Really something for everyone. Things for the home and petsonal type gifts. Very unique store, you need to stop in if you are in Windsor.

Brittany Hoganson Levon is a true artist! I brought him a loose gemstone, only ONE inspiration picture and a vision. He was able to make exactly what I had in my head a reality! He was very patient through the design process with me, walked me through different options and it was a very collaborative approach. I enjoyed being involved in making this a special piece. You can tell he has high standards and there a focus on making sure it was done right. I appreciated this because I am picky about proportions. I wanted a ring that could be worn frequently, stack with my other gold bands and was more on the dainty side for a gemstone ring. He was also able to source accent trillion cut diamonds, which is not an easy task given the size I wanted but he was up for it and delivered! His communication was great and he kept me updated along the way. The price was absolutely fair for his design/production time, materials, and quality finished product. I am going to do business with Levon again and recommend him!!

Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly! Joe Flack We have had great experiences at this Kays location over the past several years—and recently, thanks to Ashley and Adam. For example, Ashley went above and beyond the norms for customer service. She worked hard to do all she could (w/in the companys limits) to ensure our work order—for my wifes engagement ring and wedding band combo—was completed on time. She kept us updated throughout because we were facing a travel deadline. Its rare to see this level of effort and diligence, at least for me, and its appreciated.
