Theresa Kaatz I have bought several things from them years ago. Charles was wonderful and at one time was able to make another earring to match a golden loop earring. I went in a month ago to get some silver pieces cleaned. I have a nice pair of 25 year old Silver Turquoise earrings but with a post. He was able to take off the post and make a nice loop so I could wear them with different ways. I love them and happy I can wear them again. Everything, was perfect as always and especially their Customer Service with everyone there. Thank you.

Michael Weisert My wedding band shrank ;-) and had to be cut off. Local jewelers couldnt deal with soft gold on platinum. So, I went back to the original source, Geneve. Very nice professionals. Fixed my ring, resizing required and also resized my wifes matching wedding band. The price seemed reasonable considering my ring is worth 4 times what I paid for it in 1994. Yay!

R J This new store is very nice. There’s a lot of options and more variety for different price ranges. Also, the customer service is really good. Everybody is very sweet and kind and patient and very helpful. I highly recommend you check it out. They have amazing gifts and pieces that are a good investment for the price point. Kai helped me and my fiancé through designing my engagement ring with an heirloom diamond and was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole process. Kai took my thoughts and turned them into my perfect ring. She was so nice even when I changed my mind and had a million questions!! Betsy did an absolutely incredible job finishing my ring exactly how I pictured it. I am so thankful to have found this spot and less than a month later am back for more.

jose Rodriguez The level of professionalism is unmatched. All the employees had a smile on their faces and looked happy to be there. This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away. I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free! I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.
