1 /5 Brittney Bailey: I went in to buy a medalla for my godsons baptism. The women there tried to sell me a flimsy cheap medalla for $190. The thing was worth about $30 in gold. They thought I was stupid and tried to take advantage of me - definitely will never go back here.
5 /5 jose Rodriguez: The level of professionalism is unmatched. All the employees had a smile on their faces and looked happy to be there. This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away.
I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free!
I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.
2 /5 Genaro Calderon: Worst place ever to take your jewelry, very unprofessional
My 14k handmade rosary broke off so i took it to this jeweler. When i got there the employ was talking to her friends so i had wait like 10mins, When she was done i gived her my rosary to fix not to sell and she rubbed it on this sandpaper type material ashes of gold came OFF. She damaged my beautiful rosary that i had for years, i brought it from mexico. It was priceless to me.
5 /5 maria cuevas: Great service very convenient
4 /5 Lourdes Villanueva: I have been stopping with them since the beginning. Trusting helpful yes the girls are very nice.
John Vecchio I got my wedding band here and man are they good. I brought in a cheap ring I liked offline. She was able to remake it WAYYYY better and add unique designs to it. I’d share a picture but I like it being a 1:1 ring now.
Thank you all so much!!
marco Cute, quaint jewelry store that cuts a lot of the hype and bullshit out of jewelry shopping. their walls are beige and the overhead lights are warm, so youre looking at jewelry in natural settings. The staff are friendly and welcoming, but they wont BS you either. Overall it is a great, low-pressure place to stop in.
hugo ramos I just wanted to write to say thank you so much for all my jewelry pieces I purchased , I love them all just so pleased with them. Had lots of compliments on it too about how unique it is so thank you so much for bringing that to life for me. I really do love them. And you guys are the best
Aspen Riddle Recently had my conch pierced by Ariana and couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for healing and aftercare. Also loved the thoughtful touch of the stress ball haha made the whole process much more comfortable!
MorAlev I had my first Cartier costumer experience last month. I wanted to have Love series jewelry but didn’t know if they suited me.
We just walked in to the shop because my husband wanted to surprise me!
And Alex welcomed us with such a gentle manner.
Because of him we experienced a magical Cartier style experience, it was very special..
So we ended up buying the Love series ring, earrings and a bracelet. Few days later I decided I might try a bigger size bracelet because I wasn’t sure about the size.
Alex again called us immediately to the shop and had me try the bigger size, but I ended up keeping the one I bought. Also bought a love necklace, while I have the other pieces of the series.
I am grateful to Alex Esquivel who made our shopping experience so memorable with his gestures and kindness and knowledge.
I LOVE them…
