Joe (the son of the two there) has always done EXCELLANT repair work, given me great prices on things I wanted to buy, and..... very importantly to me..... has done his best to make the repairs on the same day that Ive brought a piece in, knowing that it is a 3 hour round trip for me to do business with them! I couldnt recommend Village Goldsmiths high enough!!

Candace Howard I absolutely love this product and the company! My rings are beautiful. So smooth and pretty. I’ve had them for almost two months and have never taken them off. I shower in them, use lotion and oils. They do not/have not tarnished, faded or changed in any way. I have sensitive skin and metal allergies so i can’t wear any and all jewelry. But this has not given me any issues whatsoever. The owner was so helpful and patient with me, and had no problems communicating and answering questions. It was a very personal experience like I was shopping in store. She helped me ensure I was getting the correct sizes. And I really appreciate all her hard work and personal touches to make this experience great for her customers. I can’t say thank you enough.

Michelle Stearns I ordered a bracelet for my mother just a few days before Christmas. It arrived before Christmas. I couldn’t believe it got here so fast! The packages were beautifully wrapped. My mom absolutely loved it. A week or so later, she lost the clasp on the bracelet. She called the owner who offered to send her not one but two replacement clasps at no charge. I will definitely order again. I am super impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the kindness you extended to my mother. Thank you!

Bianca Rosas Walked in this afternoon to drop off my mom’s Mother’s Day/Birthday diamond bracelet gift to get it repaired. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with the friendliest smiles! Erica helped me right away! Her customer service is top tier. She has the best personality & friendliest smile. Raul then came over and started checking out the bracelet & we started chatting. Hector Marin After an exhausting search for someone to repair my glasses (the best quote received was 3 weeks to fix for $95), I came across Stop & Fix in Westfield Mall. They looked at my glasses and told me they could recreate the missing piece and would have it fixed in an hour and a half. It came out beautiful and for only $40. Great old-fashioned craftsman at work! 5 stars! Also, very nice people!
