Christopher Salguero Went here for an insurance replacement and D was so nice! She was in the middle of something when we approached the counter, and she greeted us and offered us a seat. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.

Taylor Colette I’ve gone to Natalie for a few piercings now—she did my septum, re-pierced my seconds, and most recently pierced my conch (which I’ve worn a cuff on for years and finally decided to get done). Every single time, the experience has been amazing. She’s professional, super knowledgeable, and always makes me feel totally comfortable. All of my piercings have healed beautifully, and the conch was no different—so easy and quick! I seriously wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about getting pierced!

Paige Simmons My finance came across this shop to pawn off some old jewelry for a new ring for when we get married. We had a family heirloom marriage band that we need a diamond to fit . He made my fiancée a spectacular custom wedding ring set based on a few reference photos we liked. The design came out way better than imagined. There has been many compliments about the ring. Caro suggested having six prongs to securely hold the main diamond; which looks beautiful and gives us peace of mind knowing it wont fall out. I definitely recommend having him expertly size the ring for that perfect fitment the rings created were a custom size between 5 & 5-1/4 for that perfect non-spinning fit. We couldnt be happier and Im thankful that we have such a beautiful ring for our lifetime. Just drop by and talk to him; you wont regret it.
