Mitchell Perry My (now) fiancé and I came in knowing nothing about custom jewelry (or any jewelry for that matter) or what we wanted except for our idea of wanting to design custom engagement cuffs/bracelets for each other instead of engagement rings. From this very vague start, the entire team helped educate us about all the different metals, gems, styles, and options available. They patiently worked with us as we changed our minds more than a few times and enthusiastically suggested new ideas or solutions. And, most importantly, the final product was better than we could ever have imagined from the start. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to do something a little different (even if you don’t know what yet!)… this team will take the time and dedication to get you to a final product you will love.

It fits like a glove and Amber was so patient with all of our inquiries and making sure my tennis bracelet fit correctly since it needed to be custom fitted for my tiny wrist. She was very sweet and complimented my husbands and my relationship with each other. She also understood that we knew what we wanted and wanted exactly the item that we purchased. I had an amazing experience working with Jeff! He was incredibly flexible, working around our busy schedules and even staying late after closing to meet with us. Jeff was incredibly patient throughout the design process, with excellent communication as we went back-and-forth until the ring was just right. He offered thoughtful suggestions, and I love how the radiant-cut and emerald-cut combination makes it look so custom—the pavé diamonds add a perfect touch. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail. We weren’t expecting him to finish in time, but he pleasantly surprised us by completing it for our 20th anniversary! Plus, he’s currently sizing up my other ring so I can wear it on my right hand. As the owner of the shop, Jeff really spends quality time with each customer, which is why he’s rated the number one jeweler in all of San Joaquin. He’s also the only certified gemologist appraiser in the county. Being a family-owned and operated business, you can tell they’ve been in business for a long time by the care they take with everyone. Highly recommend!

Isaac Me and a friend decided to walk in because we were talking and looking for new earrings - it just so happen that we ran into this store that we didn’t know was here.
