I came in like 5 times trying to decide what engagement ring I wanted and every time Kassandra was so helpful and understanding. She helped me pick out my perfect ring and went by my budget. My wife and I came in for our wedding bands and we were met with the same hospitality. Kassandra was so so so helpful and I really appreciate her!!

She helped me to pick out just the right rings for a ring stack I was creating for a mother’s ring. She listened to what I wanted to do and then took me to the jewelry case to show me all my options. She was kind, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. She allowed me as much time as I needed to try on rings multiple times to make sure I was completely happy with my choices. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The best part was that Mackenzie texted me to keep me updated on the status of my order and when my rings would be ready to pick up. I really appreciated her keeping me informed and not having to use my own time to call to check the status myself. I would recommend Rogers Jewelry to anyone looking for beautiful options, great quality and the most helpful sales people!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The turnaround was quick, and the watch looks and works like new again. It meant a lot to have it fixed properly since it has sentimental value. Highly recommend this jewelry shop for any watch repairs or jewelry needs!
