Kelly Kismyass We called the store and talked with Renee who was very helpful in finding the bracelet we were looking for and told us how to see and try it on in the parking lot (due to the mall being closed because of Covid-19). She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked. Kalani Ritchie The Best customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a ring fixed and I was in a huge rush. They had previously told me that it usually takes around a week or so and that they are super busy but they would try to fix it as soon as possible. I brought in the ring on a Tuesday and needed it back by the latest on that following Friday. They called me back in less than 2 hours saying it was done and the ring looked as good as new! Super impressed with everything especially the price. It only costed $45 to fix a split in the ring. Very impressed, definitely will return for any future jewelry purchases/repairs.
