Kevin Chant Vince has been mentioned in these reviews a few times already, so I wasnt at all surprised when the very friendly and approachable sales agent that had been helping us try on a number of pieces handed me his card and introduced himself. The pieces themselves were gorgeous and luckily had options to keep the pricing more manageable (e.g. sterling silver instead of white gold), but what impressed me the most was how helpful Vince was in finding the right look and fit for me. I was a bit worried that by going in wed get upsold or pressured to make a purchase, but Vince was actually the one to suggest we sleep on it after our browsing. He made sure we knew he was available to help if we wanted, but I didnt feel any pressure to make a quick decision. All in all, Im super happy with what we picked out and grateful to have had Vinces help and suggestions to figure it out!

cruz salazar If I could give a zero I would because of the TERRIBLE customer service. We were told the wait was about 50 minutes so we put our name down and walked around the mall. We had a 40 minute drive just to go to Pandora so we waited. We checked in 20 minutes later and the girl said there was still 14 people in front of us. We then waited another 20 and she said there was 5 people in front of us. So we waited nearby for like 10 minutes. Our name was not called. We went up to check our standing and we noticed there was a different girl now that took over. When we went up we asked for our place in line and she was just so rude. She said that our name was not on there and there’s nothing she could do about it. We explained to her the situation and asked if the other person was still there so she could see it was us. She said no that she’s not on the clock anymore. I asked if there’s anything they could do I explained the frustration of waiting an hour. She said no I could go back on the list and wait again. I told her can I speak to a manager someone superior to you because this is insane. She said the lady who attended us was the manager. Just terrible customer service completely disorganized.

Scott Spencer I brought it in along with the wedding band and they set the diamond beautifully, fused the rings together with a bridge and resized it for a price that was way under what I expected. Great experience and we won’t have to go anywhere else for our jewelry needs. Shoutout to Angie, she was really great!

Christopher Salguero Went here for an insurance replacement and D was so nice! She was in the middle of something when we approached the counter, and she greeted us and offered us a seat. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.
