Carolyn Arthur Recently my home was broken into and all my jewelry was stolen. I went to Hartmans to see if they could help with an accurate appraisal of the value of a family heirloom wedding ring. Mr. Hartman went above and beyond my expectations, taking a half hour of his valuable time to help me--and did it for free. Kudos for an outstanding experience! Strongly recommended!!

That says a lot, considering he was literally sending possible business across the street. Bobby was extremely helpful. I know nothing about guitars and was a little nervous about doing business with a new shop. These guys were totally cool, upfront, and honest.
