Amit Dubey Absolutely amazing experience buying one of my favorite watches (vintage date just Rolex). I had mainly come to see the watch collection but got to interact with Carol who was so helpful and kind! Truly the experience you would want doing such purchases. In other places generally the sales people are either too pushy or get irked if you ask questions. It truly showed that she loved her job and is phenomenally good at it. Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.

Ive been in three times, twice to sell, and each time she has been delightful and happy to offer answers and assistance. Yesterday I went to All Valley Coin & Jewelry to get pricing for some jewelry, and they offered me $60 compared to the $120 that Tiffany offered. Because of her integrity and incredible customer service, I will exclusively be using Top Dollar Gold Exchange, and recommending her to anyone and everyone who is also looking to sell precious metals (and buy secondhand and vintage jewelry)!

Jazmin Ariza Love this store. My late mommy introduced me to this place. I get my daughters earrings and bracelets here. They are very rough on their jewelry. This place also repairs jewelry which is very helpful. I take my necklaces, watches and bracelets in for repair and downsizing. I also have my girls bracelets engraved here.

Carolyn Grable Yall, if you havent purchased from Darlene yet you are seriously missing out. I have purchased several pieces from her, and each piece is more beautiful in person, and is made with love and care. Her beadwork is exquisite and has to be seen to be believed. Darlene has always been patient and kind with all of my questions, and believe me, I have a lot of questions. She ships everything quickly, and each item arrives in pristine condition. Plus, since this is a small business, you are not only supporting our local artists, you also get to develop a relationship with them. I would give her a million stars if I could, but, sadly, we have to settle for five. Definitely, definitely do yourself a favor and purchase from her!
