5 /5 Saffatt A: This was my first ever visit to a Rolex Boutique and I was a little anxious as to how I would feel. Jake was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We spoke about our connection with timing as dancers and musicians. Unfortunately, the timepiece that I like is very popular and has a pretty long waitlist. However, Jake was clear in setting expectations and noted my preferences down for when it would be eventually available. I will definitely keep going back to look at the other timepieces from time to time. Hopefully, in the near future, I will secure the timepiece that I seem to already have a connection. Thanks Jake!

Not only did he help me find what I needed, but he also took the time to show me some really cool timepieces. It felt more like chatting with a friend than a typical sales pitch, which I really appreciated. Even though I didn’t buy anything today, I added a watch to my wishlist and hopefully I’ll get a call soon. Throughout the visit, I felt super welcomed, and Alex even made sure my dad was taken care of. It was a great way to spend my birthday, and I really appreciate the friendly vibe.
