1 /5 Isaias Guzman: This review is in regard to a really rude worker named Angie from Pandora in the valley plaza mall in Bakersfield. Absolute horrible customer service and ruined my experience as a customer, I went to buy a ring for my girlfriend on 8/6/25 and was promised by a different worker that I could bring it back a change the size if it didn’t fit, I also bought a warranty plan!! I came back 5 days later, on 8/11/25 to get the size changed and was denied because she claimed there was scuffs and build up on the ring when I asked to see the ring side to side next a brand new ring there was literally no difference. I am extremely upset with the ways she spoke to me and my girlfriend. Completely ruined my experience and really hope you guys can help me as this ring was supposed to be a engagement ring.

5 /5 Gabriela L: My experience was excellent! Jessica helped me pick out a charm for an upcoming birthday gift, and she was absolutely amazing. I can be very indecisive, but she was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. She even took the time to place charms side by side on a bracelet so I could see how they would look together. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made the experience stress free and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend asking for Jessica! Thank you for being so kind. ♥️

1 /5 Kimberly Gonzalez: Customer service is absolutely the worst, their team seems pretty unprofessional, I would never wish it on my worst enemy to be sentenced to shopping at this location for gifts. Take your talents to another jewelry store, please don’t waste your time.

1 /5 Lucia Vlogs: I know it’s Christmas shopping. It’s very busy but literally the house is full and I’ve been waiting for like 1515 minutes just waiting for someone to help me and I had no idea that you had a sign in and this is lady walking around but doesn’t really greet you I’m assuming she’s the main manager for the store and this is at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday and then I find out you’re supposed to sign it but now there’s five people ahead of me so how is that helping the customer? That is poor customer service at its finest

1 /5 Natalia Garcia: Ordered a ring online, went in to pick it up and tried it on it was a big too big, asked the store manager which was the one helping me from the beginning if I can switch the ring size and she gave me attitude and proceeded to question me if the ring was for me, obviously it was if it was under my name & I gave her my license when she asked for it. Decided to settle and put the ring on a different finger than i anticipated to have it in. Very bad customer service if there was a 0 star I would chose that one, especially because it was the store manager.
