Alternatively they could get out of bed earlier or heaven forbid bank with one of the conglomerates who really dont care about people just there money.

Steve S I opened a new savings and checking account. PCU did an HARD inquiry on my credit, even though I was Not applying for a loan. Most banks would have the sense to do a soft inquiry which wouldn’t count against credit ratings. Since I may be applying for a mortgage in the coming months, this would count as a strike against me in terms of inquiries. They said they can’t do anything about it.

This new crew has no good customer service and always seem bothered and last two times Ive gone in they just waste my time and are of no help. Will be driving out of town this branch is no good
