Howie was so great to work with - he quarterbacked our property purchase since our realtor was not very engaged or helpful. We couldn’t have done this without him, and wouldn’t have wanted to. Howie stepped up to make sure we closed *incredibly* quickly, ensured we moved fast but still took time to explore all options and explain them to us. When issues arose, he was available to talk us through them and solution with us. We also got much more competitive rates with Howie than we would have with our credit union. Our initial meeting was very informative with thorough explanations as to what was offered. We were put in the hands of Jed, who is a stellar individual and very skilled at what he does. During the time since, Jed has worked very hard to maximize our investments, even though they are very small compared to many other accounts the firm must handle. We are used to being told we are small potatoes and made to feel that we are not important because we don’t have millions.
