Having given complete proof this is still taken several months and the Fidelity representative doesnt even get back to me by phone after days. Fidelity thinks that your gas bill is the best proof of citizenship and identity. imagine your gas bill! not your birth certificate, not your social security number, not your photo ID, not your auto registration title or insurance card. Not a medallion guarantee from your existing brokerage firm. Your gas bill or electric bill! Funds that lawfully belong to me are being hidden in a Fidelity account that cannot be accessed or traded or have stop-losses put on to protect existing positions because of corporate policy Fidelity is blocking access because of policy?

2 /5 Robert Hanson: Ive started a new job that goes with fidelity and I cant ever log in online because it will never sent me a text. I call support and by the time they even get to me Ive git stuff I have to go do. I cant be the only person with this issue so why are the systems STILL not sending texts for the codes to login. Then why not make it available to send to the email? Id like to get my stuff set up please! Without having to call support every time I have to log in.

If you get not so great service from one person, please don’t let that reflect your opinion on the entire company. Odds are, they were probably newer, every associate I have spoken to with experience made my experience lovely.
WG G Migrated my in-laws over to the Republic branch of STCU (since they moved here recently) so they have could have easier access to their accounts and a friendly faces to talk to if something goes sideways.
Super happy with the move, wish we did it sooner.
Had an issue with a couple unwanted charges today and it was handled with courtesy, kindness, and professionalism.
Sydney has given us 5 star customer service over the past few months and I feel like my in-laws are in great hands - best place to bank in Republic!
Susan Pedersen This is an outstanding group you can’t go wrong with. After searching in the area, I found Cory a couple of years ago and had immediate five star service. Our initial meeting was very informative with thorough explanations as to what was offered. We were put in the hands of Jed, who is a stellar individual and very skilled at what he does. During the time since, Jed has worked very hard to maximize our investments, even though they are very small compared to many other accounts the firm must handle. We are used to being told we are small potatoes and made to feel that we are not important because we don’t have millions. This group makes us feel like we are top priority and they have made some very smart decisions for us no matter what the market is doing. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Mrk Snchz Communication is excellent. We used another firm & really didnt know why they did & didnt do certain things. Not the case here. We knew exactly why we couldnt use money put into a certain investment as a write-off. While that really stinks, at least we understood why. More importantly, he explained what we needed to do with it for next years taxes to get the biggest return. And he was less expensive than the firm we used the year prior
