Wells Fargo Bank - Port Townsend (WA)

1 /5 Jose Almeida: Ive had Wells Fargo for as long as I can remember and never had a problem but Port Townsend branch is beyond frustrating. This new crew has no good customer service and always seem bothered and last two times Ive gone in they just waste my time and are of no help. Will be driving out of town this branch is no good

1 /5 Ken B: Branch is closed due to the pandemic, this review covers now and pre pandemic times. The ATM at this branch is broken CONSTANTLY!!! Over 50 percent of my attempted uses this atm is out of service or having some other problem. When there were employees in the branch they could not care less about the problem and did not seem concerned with rectifying the problem. Multiple phone calls to Wells Fargo about the issue have done nothing to improve the problem. Just open an account with Navy Federal, their atm accross the street works perfectly all the time.

1 /5 Megan Houser: Bank is always closed and ATM is either broken or out of money because A LOT of people use this branch. Now we have to incure fees from other ATM use AND Wells Fargo to use them or drive AT LEAST 45 MINS OR MORE to get to a woking bank!!! Over a year is not temporary!!!! Dont apologize with words. Fixing the issue would be a real apology!! If you cant make it easier to get to a bank dont charge late fees when we cant

1 /5 Nick Parry: Wells Fargo has to be one of the worst banks. If you care about positive change in your community, you shouldnt bank with one of the most selfish corrupt banks in the world. I took them to the cleaners and destroyed my credit to do it, and Im fing proud of it :)

1 /5 Beth Clark: Branch has been "temporarily closed" since early in pandemic. No notice of when it may re-open, if ever. WF corporate does not respond to several emails as to when if ever this branch may open. Moving banks.
