3 /5 Dayna Campbell: Ive been a customer there for only a few months. I ordered checks when I opened the account when I got them a few weeks later they had the wrong account number on them. I took them into the bank and asked for them to be reordered. I went back to check on them a few weeks later and they had not received them. Apparently they had not been ordered. Finally I got my check order. I am using their online bill paying service. However, sometimes the bills dont get paid when theyre supposed to. This is really annoying when you want to have a bill paid on time. So far, I have been frustrated with their service. Their customer service hours are regular business hours so I have to wait until they open to call them.
I only bank there because theres only a few banks in Port Townsend. My previous bank was in Sequim and I didnt want to have to go there every time I had to do banking. The other bank I had in Sequim was very good and I never had any problems with them. Wish I could go back to using them.
