Due to a natural disaster beyond my wildest imagination, I experienced a huge loss. Midwest Family Mutual was fair, prompt, and efficient. Moreover, however, Tim Weis was far more than an agent. He came to my property multiple times and spent time with me in an extraordinarily traumatic time. I will forever be grateful for what went FAR beyond great service, but simply empathetic care.
