Due to a natural disaster beyond my wildest imagination, I experienced a huge loss. Midwest Family Mutual was fair, prompt, and efficient. Moreover, however, Tim Weis was far more than an agent. He came to my property multiple times and spent time with me in an extraordinarily traumatic time. I will forever be grateful for what went FAR beyond great service, but simply empathetic care. I almost NEVER write reviews on any product, for any reason, good or bad. I am making an exception in this case, because it is SO deserved, and appreciated. They were friendly, patient, answered my questions and very helpful. I would recommend them for your insurance needs. Note that I only went in for a quote.
