Jessica Torres I’ve never had a problem with this company, I’ve been with them for about 10 years now. Danny and Leticia are the ones the typically assist me. Great personality and professional and honestly to the point, I don’t care for side conversations just call, make a payment and get the receipt and done.They work with you in the down payments and monthly payments. Good customer service and friendly and prompt with the receipts and sending the policies. Sure the prices go up every year but not a whole lot. Roadside assistance is the best thru them, I’ve never had a problem with them, they are fast and reliable.

Debbie Jones Jeff Mossman has been my insurance agent since I relocated to Jacksonville Illinois in 2016. His office has always been very friendly, helpful and professional whenever I called or visited the office personally. Ive had several vehicle claims because of deer and raccoon damages and the claims were taken care of immediately as far as rentals and helping me find the best collision shops in Jacksonville.
